Radaro's Call Centre Access Accounts feature allows managers to provide their call centre employees with a Radaro Manager account, only with limited access to certain features.
Call Centre accounts allow users to review job information, live location of drivers and reporting. These level of accounts cannot edit or add jobs to the portal, we call this our "View Only" account.
To add this feature to your accounts, please contact Radaro Support for more information.
Step 1: Login using your new credentials
Access the Radaro Account Portal and login using your new Call Centre Access credentials.
Step 2: You will then land on your "main" portal
This level of access will not include the "Add Job" button and is unable to edit jobs.
