Transit Label Scanning allows you to scan on deliveries as you load them onto your vehicle, and subsequently scan off when completing deliveries to reduce the number of incorrect goods delivered.
Start by selecting the job which is next to be completed, the job details will outline which barcodes (if any) are required to be scanned on to your vehicle prior to delivery, be scanned off your vehicle at the point of delivery, or both.
Scenario 1: Pick Up Workflow
If you are required to pick up the goods from a different location prior to delivery, hitting "Start" will prompt you to select which address you would like to navigate to first (the pickup address has already been inputted into Radaro).
Select "Pick Up" and navigate to the pick-up location. Once you have arrived you can follow the barcode scanning steps and then hit “Deliver” once you are ready to navigate to the customer.
Scenario 2: Scanning Off Goods
Start the job and navigate to the customer as normal. Once you have arrived on-site, hit "Complete".
If you are required to scan the goods off of your vehicle, you will be prompted to scan the barcodes using your phone’s camera. You can tap the torch icon to turn on your phone torch. Radaro will also let you know if the barcode you are attempting to scan is incorrect.
Once you have scanned all the barcodes click "Done". You will be presented with an overview of the barcodes scanned, so you can confirm that you have delivered the correct goods.
Hit "Proceed" to complete the job as normal.
Scenario 2: Bulk Scanning on Goods
If you would like to scan on the barcodes without starting the job, for instance, if you are loading your entire truck at the start of the day, you can do this by tapping on "Scan Barcode" in in the Quick Access Panel from the top of the screen.

If you are required to scan multiple labels for multiple jobs at the same time, for example scanning all of the deliveries onto your truck at the warehouse at the start of the day, you can do this by tapping on "Scan Barcode" in in the Quick Access Panel from the top of the screen.
Once you have scanned all the barcodes, tapping the "Barcodes to scan today" will present you with an overview of the barcodes scanned and the jobs they are related to for review.
Once you have reviewed and are satisfied with the Scanning Overview, tap the "X" located at the top left of the screen and begin completing jobs are normal.
