How can I set restricted access to the Merchant Portal?

Radaro offers tiered access levels to your Merchant Portal, so you can control the level of visibility and control that particular stakeholders have.

The levels of access Radaro can provide are:

  • Manager Accounts: This provides you with full visibility and control of the Merchant Portal. With a Manager account, you upload and edit both jobs and drivers in the Radaro system, configure the Merchant Portal and view a driver's location and status at any time.  
  • Call Centre Accounts: This provides you with a view-only account. With a Call Centre Access account you have full visibility over a driver's location and status at any time, however, are unable to upload jobs and drivers into the system or make any portal changes. 
  • Sub-Brand Accounts: This allows brands who you deliver on behalf of to have visibility only over the jobs being delivered on their behalf. For more information on Sub-Brand Accounts, you can visit: https://radaro.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012551379-Sub-brand-Access-Accounts-
