Pick Up or Multi Location Jobs

For jobs that require drivers to make a stop before navigating to the end customer, for example picking up stock for delivery at an offsite warehouse, Radaro now allows you record the entire journey using Pick Up Addresses.

To add a Pick-up Location to a manual job, simply type the address into the “Pick Up Address” field.  It is important to make sure that you enter the customer address into the “Delivery Address” field.

When you click “Create Job” and assign it to a driver, both addresses will be pushed through to the driver’s Radaro app. When the driver starts the job, they will be asked which address they would like to navigate to first; the pick-up location or the customer.

When the driver is navigating to the pick-up location, they will be coloured blue to easily communicate to management they are completing the pick-up. Once the driver completes their work on-site and starts their journey to the customer address, they will be coloured red to signify that the customer delivery is in progress.
