The filter menu allows you to view your jobs based on their progression status.
Here you can see all the jobs that have been assigned to you. Jobs that are coloured orange represent jobs you have not yet started, whereas jobs in pink represent jobs that are currently in progress.
Here you will find all the jobs that management have not yet assigned to a driver, and therefore you may assign to yourself.
Please note that this is a modular feature, so if you cannot see an unallocated screen on your device, your manager has not chosen to turn it on. To learn more about how to allocate a job to yourself please see our “driver self-allocation” video.
Here you will find all the jobs that have been assigned to you, but you have not yet started. These are the same jobs that were coloured in orange on the “Active Jobs” screen we first started on.
Here you will find all the jobs that have been assigned to you and that you have already started using your Driver app. This means that you are either on-site or en route to the job.
Here you will find all the jobs you have completed within the last two weeks. You can click on the jobs in either to view the completed job reports.
Here you will find all the jobs you have failed within the last two weeks. You can click on the jobs in either to view the completed job reports.
You can re-complete a job by clicking into it and hitting try again. You can learn more about how to complete a failed job here.
Here you will find all the jobs you have either completed or failed outside of a two week period.
