Radaro allows you to assign jobs to yourself which have not been allocated to any other driver within your Manager’s portal.

Please discuss with your manager what the policy regarding Self Allocation is before you begin allocating jobs to yourself.

*Please note that this is a modular feature that your manager may have chosen to have turned on, therefore if you are unable to locate the “Unallocated” page in your Radaro app, it means that this feature has not been made available to you.

Step 1

Open up the Driver app and tap on the filter icon on the left-hand side of the screen. Select “Unallocated”.

Step 2

Within the Unallocated screen, you can view all of the jobs in the system that have not yet been allocated to a driver. Search for the job you would like to assign to yourself and click on it to view the job details.

Step 3

Hit the “Assign” button. This will automatically push the job through to your list of active jobs, ready to be completed.

Step 4

You have the option to either start the job immediately by pressing the start button and completing the job as normal, or you can return to your active job list using the filter menu if you wish to start a different job.
