You can lodge a ticket with Radaro regarding any issues you may be experiencing related to the driver app, however, we recommend contacting your manager or visiting our FAQ page, as we may have already troubleshot the issue.
Open up the Radaro driver app and tap on the admin icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down and tap the “Report an issue” button to lodge a support ticket.
Provide us with details of your issue by either pressing “Start a conversation” or tapping the icon in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Send us a message detailing the issue. We ask that you try to include as much detail as possible.
You can also attach photos to your support ticket, such as a screenshot of the error you are experiencing on the app.
Once you've entered all information, press "Send". This will send a notification to our support team who will respond as soon as possible.
You will see communications from our support team on the same screen.
