Start by following the normal job completion steps, by selecting the job you wish to complete and hitting the start button before making your way to the job site.
Once you realize you are unable to complete the job, hit the “Fail” button.
Select the reason(s) as to why you cannot complete the job from a list of predetermined reasons. If the reason is not listed, select the “Other” option.
Once you have selected the reasons, hit the “Select” button.
You then have the option to add an additional description to provide any additional details as to why the job was failed. If you have selected the “Other” code, you will be required to include a description to explain the reason the job cannot be completed.
You will then be asked to confirm your job failure. You can do this by attaching a photo or a signature. Radaro allows you to attach up to 5 photos per job, and any additional comments can be left in the comments section. The Radaro sign on glass feature can be used to capture either the customer’s signature or your own, depending on what your company policy is.
Once you have attached all the Proof of Failure files, go ahead and hit “Fail Job”.
You will then be asked if you like to create a new job with the same data. By selecting “Yes” you will be prompted to create a new job, and by selecting “No” you will return to your active job list.
You then will be required to fill out the job details, including the Job address and the customer details. The details from the original job will have carried over, however, if there have been any changes, you can edit these by tapping on the box.
Hit "Next" and add any additional information relating to the job including job labels, sub-brands and the new job deadline. Please note that if you do not enter a job deadline, it will auto-populate to be in 3 hours’ time. You can also scan on any barcodes related to the job if required.
Simply tap under the “Assign to” to allocate the job to yourself or to a different driver.
Once you have inputted all the required information hit the “Summary” button. If you would like to make any changes press the arrow button in the top left corner to go back, or else tap the “Add job” button.
The job will now be pushed through to the active job list of the driver it has been assigned to, ready to start.
