Signing up for Radaro updates is quick and simple! You can follow updates to any article or announcement. First, you will need to sign up to Radaro Knowledge Base as a member. Signing up as a member also allows you to submit support tickets directly from the Radaro Knowledge Base website.
Visit the Radaro Knowledge Base homepage: https://radaro.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Select "Sign In" located on the top-right corner of the page.
Select the "Sign up" link, located under the Sign-in button. In the Sign-up screen, enter your Name, Email and complete the "reCAPTCHA" verification. Once done, select "Sign up".
You should have now received an email from Radaro with a link to create your password. Don't see an email in your Inbox? It may be in your Spam/Junk mailbox.
Click on the link and create your unique password and select "Set Password".
And you're done! Setting your password will take you to the Radaro Knowledge Base homepage.
Here, you can navigate to Announcements > Technical Updates > See all articles and select "Follow" to receive new page updates.
