Completion Codes are categorical codes that have been set up by your Manager in order to communicate the next required cause of action or any additional job information back to Management. Completion Codes can be used in a number of different ways e.g. to alert management of a possible up-sell opportunity or that a customer requires a follow-up call.
From your Active Jobs list, select the job you are ready to start and tap "Start". Once you have completed the job on-site (but before you complete the job on your app!), ensure that the "Completion Code" check mark is selected and tap "Complete" to proceed.
Note: Managers have the ability to force the use of Completion Codes, therefore the Completion Code box may be permanently checked on your Driver App.
Select the Completion Code(s) that are relevant to the job and tap "Select". You will then be prompted to provide any additional information that will assist with the escalation e.g. "Up-Sell Opportunity: Customer would like to purchase a dishwasher".
Note: If you select the code "Other" you must provide a description to record the required course of action.
Once you added the Completion Code and any additional comments you will be directed to the Job Completion page, where the Completion Code has been attached.
Complete the job as normal by attaching any completion files and tapping "Job Complete".
