We encourage maintaining an open dialogue with our support team. We watch, listen and then advise on how to best use the system.  We look for trends in usage to identify user errors or data gaps so that we can continue to educate our clients on best practice.  We can also adjust modules related to use cases to ensure you are maximising the benefits of the technology.

Note: our Pilots are effectively a fixed fee arrangement so that you can scale the Pilot as required during the 2 months
