Job Failure Message
Customising the display message Job Failure Message will display a custom message (Heading and Sub-heading) to customers notifying them of any delays or cancellations of their order.
Headings and Sub-headings are completely customisable, adapting to your business-specific use case.
To immediately begin utilising this beneficial feature, please provide us with your preferred display message. Example below:
Heading: “Your service request is not yet completed”
Sub-Heading: “Unfortunately, we will have to schedule another visit”
Customer Feedback Screen
Similar to the Job Fail tracking screen, you can also customise the messages displayed in the customer feedback screen.
Pre-Inspection and Job Completion Sign-on-Glass Screens
Both sign-on-glass screen messages for Pre Inspection and Job Completion can be customised.
Customer Queuing Screens
