Real-Time Escalation Alerts are entirely branded and allow your company to swiftly respond to customer and driver feedback. As a result, our clients have seen a reduction in customer wait times and improvements in overall end-consumer satisfaction.

Low Feedback Notifications

Low Feedback Notifications allow management to quickly respond to low customer feedback by sending a link of a job report which has scored lower than a set star rating to a nominated email address.   Low Feedback Notifications can be turned on or off and are completely branded; with the rating which triggers the email alert customizable.

Completion Code Notifications

Advanced Completion Notifications allow management to quickly respond to the next required cause of action identified by drivers through the use of Advanced Completion Codes. Emails are completely branded and contain a link of the job report that is sent to a nominated email address when a driver completes a job in which they have selected and attached an Advance Completion Code.

Failed Job Notifications 

Failed Job Notifications allow management to quickly respond to failed jobs identified by drivers through the use of Fail Codes. Emails are completely branded and contain a link of the job report that is sent to a nominated email address when a driver terminates a job in which they have selected and attached a Failed Reason Code.
