Completion & Fail Codes

Advanced Completion Codes

Advanced completion codes are great for companies seeking to follow up opportunities with customers or billing based on-site inspection such as roadside assistance.

Completion Codes are completely customizable to your operations and allow drivers to clearly identify and communicate the next required cause of action from the company in real-time.

Completion codes can be fixed as forced or optional for drivers. For example, forced completion codes for Roadside Assistance could list the common repairs completed on site.

Selecting a particular completion code communicates the work completed straight back to the company in conjunction with proof of deliveries, enabling them to bill customers quickly and accurately.

Failed Reason Codes

Failed Reason Codes allow you to define why a job has ‘been failed’.

Within your portal, you can define codes relevant to your operations by curating a personalized list of common job failure reasons. Failed reason codes provide a vital data point which many of our current clients use to report upon operational efficiencies and have been key in data-driven decision making.

In addition to the selection of one or more codes, drivers can attach a POD consisting of 5 photos and signature.
